Eden Greater London: Regional Director

Hours: Full time

Salary: circa £30,000pa

Eden Greater London is seeking a highly competent and proven leader to take forward the Eden network in capital building on the foundations laid by Eden’s National Director.

This is a strategic role within the National Network imbued with significant trust and responsibility. The successful candidate will deliver the vision for multiple Eden teams in communities throughout London’s many boroughs.

In brief, the Regional Director will:

• Develop partnerships in communities where Eden teams may be deployed

• Provide strategic assistance in development of local mission strategies

• Develop and implement the regional fundraising strategy

• Produce regular communications for regional supporters

• Be pro-active in the recruiting of team leaders & team members for local Eden teams

• Encourage and pray for local Eden teams, visiting them in situ to listen, support and

problem-solve

• Coaching and support local Eden team leaders and emerging leaders

• Ensure that the reporting requirements of the Regional board are met

This is an exciting and challenging role full of possibilities and suited to a self-motivated

and relationally astute individual who is passionate about seeing disadvantaged young

people and their families reached with the love of Jesus.

Due to the nature of the role it is an occupational requirement that the post-holder be a

committed Christian.

Eden North East: Regional Director

We are also seeking a Regional Director for the North East region, covering the area in and around Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and Middlesborough. The role is very similar to the one above but the hours are negotiable and the salary will be adjusted taking into consideration differences in cost of living between the two regions.
